Launceston - Macquarie House

Macquarie House is a four-storey sandstone brick building constructed in the 1830’s, making it one of Launceston’s oldest buildings. It’s centrally located in Civic Square, a great space for relaxing and having lunch with seating, tree shade and grassed areas at our doorstep.

Macquarie House is home to our larger collaborative workspaces in Launceston. Split across 2 levels, the coworking areas are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of windows for natural light. The building features two small kitchens, and an event and workspace room available for private bookings and meetings, all with beautiful heritage features to gaze at!

Launceston - Henty House

Enterprize Launceston is also partially located in the Henty House Building in Civic Square (so close, you can look at Macquarie House through the window!).

This newly fit-out space has 7 private offices of varying sizes (9sqm - 22sqm), meeting rooms, casual break-out areas, and private phone booths and all the usual amenities, including a kitchen and lounge.

Our Henty House space features two small but connected coworking areas, offering immense flexibility for ever-expanding and changing startup teams to move and grow without having to leave the building! If a breath of fresh air is what you need, you can easily step out into Civic Square or visit one of the nearby coffee shops!
