Enterprize workspaces are vibrant and friendly community-centred hubs filled with opportunities to create, collaborate, and learn.

Desk rates
Enterprize has a range of flexible options available, with all-inclusive pricing, and the ability for your workspace to grow and change as you need.
- Day pass – $55 each: Accessible 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri (subject to availability)
- Hotdesk – $250 per month: Includes extended hours
- Dedicated desk – $340 per month: Includes extended hours
- Private office – POA (from $500+ per month)
Coworking pricing is inclusive of GST.
Invoices are issued monthly via email.
All options include gigabit NBN, business address, printing/photocopying and associated stationery (fair use applies), ad hoc private meeting room use, fully equipped kitchenettes, snacks, cold drinks, tea, coffee, and beer/wine at social events.
Access cards are available at each location for a once-off fee of $33 (including GST) per set.
Communication
Real time updates are delivered by the Enterprize team and community via Slack. It is essential that you receive notifications from your location-specific channel to ensure you are aware of any information that may impact your ability to work from the space (e.g. power outages, lift services, fire drills).
Reporting
As part of the Enterprize community, you agree to contribute to statistical reporting of business performance, to be anonymised by Enterprize and distributed as required. For an example of how information may be used, please see our previous Annual Reports.
