Enterprize Tasmania’s collaborative workspaces exist in both Hobart and Launceston. They are vibrant and friendly community-centred hubs filled with opportunities to create, collaborate, and learn.

Our community includes startup founders, innovators, entrepreneurs, creatives, specialists and generalists; who both bring and find value in being part of the startup ecosystem.

Coworking offers otherwise solo workers with many proven benefits, including casual social interactions, opportunities to collaborate, and regular community events to facilitate professional development and networking. Sharing a workspace with other like-minded people also helps to manage resources, secure a central business address, and create healthy work-life balance through structure and routine (and the ability to leave work at work!).

Enterprize Hubs have a variety of flexible workspace options available including Day Rate use, Hot Desks, Dedicated Desks, and Private Offices ranging in size.

All Enterprize hubs offer gigabit NBN, business address, printing/photocopying and associated stationery (fair use applies), fully equipped kitchenettes, snacks, cold drinks, tea, coffee, and alcoholic options at social events.

Day passes for desks are $55 each and allow access 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, day passes are subject to availability.

Hotdesks are $220 per month and dedicated desks are $280 per month. Hotdesks and dedicated desks include extended hours.

Private offices are from $550 per month, and are in limited supply.

Enterprize Hobart is located on the top floor of the City of Hobart Building, 24 Davey Street.

Our Hobart space features 2 large coworking wings, one for those looking for an active, conversational, and collaborative environment, and a quieter section where we’ve cut out the background noise to offer some deep focus time. We have 13 private offices of varying sizes available (8.6sqm-18.6sqm) as well as 3 meeting rooms, casual breakout spaces, and a comfy lounge for lunch (and knock-offs!).

This central location is right in between the Hobart CBD and the Salamanca strip - perfect for procrastination walks and coffee runs. Every nook of our Hobart hub offers something amazing to look at, with sweeping views of the waterfront, mountain, and city, and the open-plan nature of coworking means you can choose your view from day to day!

Launceston - Macquarie House

Macquarie House is a four-storey sandstone brick building constructed in the 1830’s, making it one of Launceston’s oldest buildings. It’s centrally located in Civic Square, a great space for relaxing and having lunch with seating, tree shade and grassed areas at our doorstep.

Macquarie House is home to our larger collaborative workspaces in Launceston. Split across 2 levels, the coworking areas are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of windows for natural light. The building features two small kitchens, and an event and workspace room available for private bookings and meetings, all with beautiful heritage features to gaze at!

Launceston - Henty House

Enterprize Launceston is also partially located in the Henty House Building in Civic Square (so close, you can look at Macquarie House through the window!).

This newly fit-out space has 7 private offices of varying sizes (9sqm - 22sqm), meeting rooms, casual break-out areas, and private phone booths and all the usual amenities, including a kitchen and lounge.

Our Henty House space features two small but connected coworking areas, offering immense flexibility for ever-expanding and changing startup teams to move and grow without having to leave the building! If a breath of fresh air is what you need, you can easily step out into Civic Square or visit one of the nearby coffee shops!
