Invoices will be sent to the email address listed on this form. Payment is required within 14 days.
Bookings outside of business hours will not be confirmed until hirers have completed an induction with Enterprize staff (this will include access/lock up procedures).
You must include any set up or pack down time in your booking, and return the space to its original state.
Reset furniture to original setup.
Pack the dishwasher with any glassware/crockery used, start cycle.
Vacuum the floor if required (vacuum cleaner located in event spaces).
Wipe down all surfaces you have used (cleaning products located in event spaces).
Place all rubbish in bins provided (additional rubbish must be removed from site).
If alcohol is to be sold at the event, Enterprize requires a copy of the liquor licence and RSA of the server for the event, prior to the event start time.
Hirers will be held responsible for any damage to the venue caused over the duration of their booking.
Hirers are prohibited from fixing objects, signage, or decorations to the venue.
Hirers and their guests must follow Tasmanian Government health guidelines in relation to Covid-19 (visit: https://coronavirus.tas.gov.au).
Enterprize may terminate this agreement immediately at any time if, acting reasonably, Enterprize considers hirers (or their guests) have breached the Venue Hire Terms and Conditions. Hirers must immediately leave the venue if directed to do so by Enterprize staff.
